Aktiv Training One to One Personal Training

I love being outdoors; I run marathons, I compete in triathlons and open water swims. I get a huge buzz from any challenge! Functional and diverse training has always produced the best results for me, and the real key to my training success and enjoyment has been variety! I have never had a fixed, predictable and routine exercise programme.

My approach -

Typical gym workouts regularly consist of isolation movements and extended aerobic sessions. Whilst this type of training can still be effective, it is limited and out of date. I believe in variety, in functional, multi-point movements that are applicable to real life and everyday physical challenges. Nearly any desired fitness result can be achieved by functional movements and high intensity training. I believe in the outdoors; we can achieve cardio vascular endurance, speed, strength, flexibility and stamina in the fresh air as well as in the gym. This, combined with good, real eating, along with passion and commitment will produce great results!

How I can help you -

I am serious about my clients achieving their goals and dedicated to being involved in the whole process through to success. That extra support provided by one-to-one training will ensure that clients achieve their end goals. We’ll talk about lifestyle, diet and training plans. I will apply principles of varied, high-intensity and functional movements to achieve any result, whether it is increased general fitness, weight loss, endurance, skill, strength and technique or training for a specific event. The great thing about this training approach is that it can be scaled to and enjoyed by clients at any level. Anyone can exercise to be fit, healthy and happy!
